Why is this room named The Squirrel's Nest?  Well, that is a story better told over a good cup of coffee at our morning breakfast service.  For now, we can say that Gary and Kathy Taylor moved here in 2005.  Gary loved to feed the squirrels in the yard and one of them loved this room.  This            3-room suite features a sitting room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom and bathroom. 

Cliff Anderson, our contractor and master craftsman, created the bedroom out of the complicated peaks, valleys and original beams of our Victorian roof.  He wrapped the space in pine paneling, creating a unique and cozy space to sleep.  It kind of feels like sleeping in a wooden tent and it is awesome.
